Expectations for Home Prices

The second quarter of this year suggested that it was a good time to buy a house. The low mortgage interest rates seemed to encourage most Americans to make that buy. At the same time, the home prices seemed to have a hard time to maintain their year-over-year increases. Fewer homeowners believe it's a good time to buy while more expect the prices to drop in the coming year, this according to a Fannie Mae's homeownership survey for the third quarter. So what to do? Based on a survey conducted by MSN.com of more than 3000 homeowners and renters, the Oklahoma local moving specialists found out that 68% think it's time to buy a home that figure is down from 70% of the previous quarter, while 29% think it's a bad time to buy, that figure is up 3%. Nobody really knows for sure if it's a good time to buy or not. Real estate is usually a good investment in the long run, so maybe buying is the way to go. Most people believe that rent is going to increase in the coming year, so instead of forking out money by renting, why not buy that home?
When you do buy that home make sure to use the Oklahoma movers for all your moving needs. They are expert movers and will offer you a great moving experience with no hassles!
