New Ways to Fill Vacant Homes

The local Oklahoma City moving specialists learnt that there are new types of properties available for Section 8 tenants. This can be a win-win situation for both landlords and people looking for a change. According to the Wall Street Journal, landlords in areas like Las Vegas are starting to market their upscale homes to low-income renters who receive aid like Section 8. These landlords are keeping their homes occupied, helping to reduce crime that usually vacant homes attract and get a guaranteed payment delivered electronically. The Oklahoma City movers found out that some of these tenants are getting pickier with the homes they are offered, some even turning them down. They are going for bigger homes in better areas with more bedrooms. According to the article on MSN, neighbors have mixed feelings about this situation, some happy to have people reside in otherwise vacated places and others complaining about it.
